Who this is for

An empty afternoon on the books is a real cost.

This is for practices that run on a diary. Not hospital groups, not medical aids. If some weeks fill and others go quiet and nobody can tell you why, you are in the right place.

Marketing for doctors and marketing for dentists usually stops at a logo, a website, and a social page. All of it looks the part. None of it tells you which enquiry became an appointment. That is where we start instead.

  • Dentists
  • General practitioners
  • Physiotherapists
  • Psychologists
  • Single-site private practices
  • Small practice groups

An empty slot is the only thing in your practice you can never sell twice. You cannot discount it, hold it over, or make it up tomorrow. The hour passes, and it is gone. That is why the goal here is a filled diary, not more traffic.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Four things practice owners tell us before we start work.

01

Slow weeks, with no explanation

Nothing changed inside the practice, but the phone went quiet. Nobody can point to a reason, so nobody can fix it.

02

You cannot tell which source brings paying patients.

Referrals, the map listing, the ads, and the website all get counted the same way, which means none of them get improved.

03

Your cost to acquire a patient is a guess.

You know exactly what left the bank account. You do not know what it bought, so next month's budget is guesswork dressed up as a plan.

04

The front desk has no record of where an enquiry came from.

By the time a name reaches the diary, the source is long gone. So the ad account and the book never tell the same story.

What we build

A page with one job: fill the next open slot.

Your ads should land somewhere with one job. Not a homepage with a practice history, a staff page, and six menu items all pulling in different directions. We build that page, we control it, and we tag every enquiry the moment it arrives. Which is how your diary and your ad account finally start telling the same story.

  • One offer, one call to action: request an appointment.
  • Enquiry form and call button, each tracked separately.
  • Built to fill the book, not just to drive traffic.
  • We built it, so we know exactly what converts and what to change.

How it works

Three steps to a fuller book.

Step 1

We set it up

Full Google setup, the appointment page, and the tracking, all of it handled on our side. You approve, we launch.

Step 2

We fill the diary

We manage the campaigns daily for enquiry volume and enquiry quality. Not clicks. Not impressions. Bookings.

Step 3

We check the book with you

We sit down with the actual enquiries, confirm which ones turned into appointments, and cut whatever is not booking.

Why it stays transparent

Counted, not estimated.

Proof is not a number we read out at month-end. It is a sheet you can open on a Tuesday afternoon and check yourself. Every enquiry off a campaign we run is logged the second it arrives, with the channel it came through and the campaign that sent it. No hidden numbers. No black box. No report that only makes sense to the person who wrote it.

Landing pages we control

Traffic goes to a page we build, not a generic homepage. So we know exactly where every enquiry came from, and we can tune what converts.

Every channel is tagged separately

Form and call each get counted on their own. One patient booking two ways is still one patient, and you can see that on the sheet.

A shared sheet or CRM

Your enquiries land somewhere you can open any time. Your front desk matches a name in the diary to a row in the sheet in seconds.

You own the account

The Google Ads account stays in your name. The history, the data, and the results stay with the practice, whatever happens to us.

Why TK Digital

Founder-led. Not another account in a queue.

Founder-led

Strategy, tracking, and quality control are handled personally by Rozanne, not delegated to whoever is available that week.

Specialists, not generalists

We work almost exclusively with automotive and medical businesses. We already understand appointment-driven demand and how your seasonality behaves.

Transparency built in

Google wants to spend your money. We want you to keep it. You will always know what is working and what we cut.

What we do for practices

Tracking and map presence come first.

Digital marketing for doctors usually gets sold back to front: brand first, measurement last, if at all. For a practice, the decision is mostly over before anyone reaches your website. Someone searches, scans the map results, and calls whoever looks closest and most credible. That moment is where we start.

Start here

Conversion Tracking

Every call and form enquiry is tagged the second it arrives, so an appointment traces back to the ad that caused it. GA4 and Google Ads are configured properly, not left sitting on defaults.

Start here

Google Business Profile

When someone searches for a practice near them, the map pack decides who gets the call. Three results. We make sure you are one of them.

Core

Google Ads Management

Campaign structure, keyword and competitor research, ad copy testing, and bid and budget management. Handled hands-on, never templated.

Core

Landing Pages

A dedicated appointment page built around one offer and one action. Yours to send traffic to, ours to keep improving.

Ongoing

PPC Management

Budget follows the searches that book appointments, adjusted as real data lands rather than once a quarter.

Ongoing

Lead Generation

A repeatable enquiry flow with a monthly quality review, so the campaign improves around real outcomes instead of surface metrics.

Common questions

Questions practice owners ask.

Is Google Ads worth it for a private medical practice?

Yes, if someone in your area is already searching for the appointment you offer. The intent exists. The job is being there at that moment and making it easy to book. It is a poor fit if you have no capacity for new patients, or if nobody can answer enquiries quickly. We would rather say that in a strategy call than take the work.

What should a medical practice budget for Google Ads?

It depends on your area, who else is bidding, and how many new appointments you want a month. You get a real number in a strategy call, not a rule of thumb. Note that ad spend goes to Google directly and sits separate from our fee.

Can you advertise medical services on Google in South Africa?

Yes, within limits. Google restricts healthcare ad content, and some categories need certification first. So the copy talks about booking, availability, location and hours, never treatments or outcomes. Your practice stays responsible for the advertising rules tied to your registration, and we keep the wording inside what you will sign off.

How is an enquiry traced to a booked appointment?

Every enquiry is tagged the moment it arrives, with the campaign that sent it on the same row. Your front desk matches a name in the diary to a row in the sheet. That is what makes ad spend checkable instead of claimed. More on how our conversion tracking works.

Do we need a website already?

No. We build the appointment page your ads point to. If you already have a site, we will check whether it is worth paid traffic before building anything new.

Can we stop at any time?

Yes. You own the account, there is no lock-in, and the history stays with the practice.
